I customize each engagement to reflect your needs and priorities. While our work together may include facilitation, training, and/or coaching, there is a common flow to the process:
Exploration
Being invited into your company by working with your leadership team is an honor and I do not take your trust lightly. We’ll start with an exploratory call or two so I can get a sense of where you are and what you are hoping to achieve in the world and within your business.
Scope Definition
I’ll provide you a Scope of Work outlining the areas I feel I can best assist and what the work together could look like. I may suggest facilitated meetings with your leadership team, coaching, and/or training on specific topics. We may leverage elements of existing frameworks such as the Entrepreneurial Operating SystemⓇ *, Teal organizations, or my own proprietary Focus & Flow system. We’ll revise it together as needed until we both feel it’s clear, actionable, and impactful.
*Note: I am not an Implementer with EOS Worldwide. I have served as an Integrator/COO for multiple companies who run on EOSⓇ and am experienced with how to integrate EOSⓇ tools into a mission-driven business. You can find an Implementer here.

The work we do together is a collaboration. My contribution to your success is enabling greater clarity, alignment, and traction toward your mission. You and your team’s job is to be open to new ways of doing things, show up for one another with integrity, and commit to following through. Together we will find your path to a fully functional and profitable business that can achieve your world-changing mission without burning out the team.
Debrief
Finally we will reflect on our work together—what went well, what could have gone better, and what we’ve learned from the experience.
