Hi. I’m Veronika, an experienced COO, Integrator, Founder, Manager, and Consultant specializing in management and communication. Empathy, collaboration, authenticity, and autonomy are my values. I am curious about impact, context, and people. Working to harmoniously orchestrate success is my happy place.

My 20+ years of professional experience has centered on identifying and resolving issues. By listening, observing, and asking questions, I am able to understand. I enjoy supporting people in their accountable roles and seek to consistently enhance individual and team performance and improve communication and transparency. Aligning and refining tactics with strategy, in my experience, can deliver desired outcomes. I have a knack for complementing CEOs/EDs and excel in both narrow and broad second-in-command roles.

My experiences include success in the renewables, marketing, politics, publishing, nonprofit, and professional services industries. Directing human resources, process improvement, business development, and grassroot campaigns have been some of my responsibilities. I’ve also led organizations through startup, merger, and wind down phases.

Since 2016, I’ve primarily served mission-driven organizations. The certified Benefit Corporation® movement is working to deliver positive social and environmental impact, which inspires me to volunteer as a leader with B Local Asheville and the BLD Southeast conference planning committee. I worked as the B Keeper for a B Corp and belong to the B Corp + EOS Network.

This serial co-founder, board member, and hands-on volunteer for nonprofits, from radio stations to mutual aid organizations, just earned her 20-year service pin from the National Ski Patrol in 2024. (Time flies!) I love spending time with old friends, new friends, and family, laughing, evolving my opinions, and being outdoors.
